Het ‘KPN – Business Services Europe’ rapport van GlobalData* omvat een uitgebreide analyse met betrekking tot de visie, strategie, go-to-market en het productportfolio van KPN voor de zakelijke markt. KPN Zakelijke Markt wordt in het rapport wederom als ‘Zeer Sterk’ beoordeeld. Op het gebied van go-to-market, innovatie, service en support behaalde KPN de beoordeling ‘Zeer Sterk’.
