No, you cannot install the same e-sim on multiple devices. Your e-sim can only be installed on one device, and most e-sim's can be installed only once. This means that if you remove the e-sim from your device, it will not be possible to install it again.

No, you cannot use your e-sim in another device. When the e-sim has been downloaded in a device it cannot be transferred to another device. In this case you will have to order a new e-sim.

Data plans

It is possible to activate an extra bundle when your data bundle is fully depleted: 2 GB data for € 9,99. It is also possible to extend the validity period of your bundle: +7 days for € 4,99.

You can activate the top ups in your personal KPN Travelsim account.

The data can only be used within the validity period, which means the remaining unused data cannot be used after the validity period. But no worries! You will receive a text message 24 hours before end of the validity period, and again on the last day of the validity period.

ou will not be able to make phone calls or send SMS text messages, as our e-sim packs provide data only. Telephony services like texts (SMS) and calls are not possible using a data-only e-sim. However, you can use internet-based calls and messages, for instance via WhatsApp.

Yes, your primary number should be able to receive calls if your device allows you to have a sim and e-sim activated at the same time. If you are using an iPhone, particular models have the Dual SIM Dual Standby (DSDS) technology that allows you to remain connected with both your physical sim and e-sim simultaneously.

However, the number of active e-sims on your device will depend on the device model.

Yes you can. KPN Travelsim supports access to 5G networks. In the Netherlands 5G is nationwide available on the KPN network. In other European countries as listed below KPN also offers 5G access whenever available on the location where you use your KPN Travel simcard.
