We provide the majority of our communication digitally. If a service like Google Translate doesn't make things clear enough, our customer service agents are more than happy to help you.

You pay your KPN bills using direct debit ({{ automatische incasso | locale('nl') }}). The money is collected from your bank account each month automatically. You don't have to do anything.

Want to check out the details of your bill? View and download your invoices in MijnKPN. Click the button below and log in with your KPN ID. You'll see them all right away.

Manage your invoices in MijnKPN

Don't worry: if the 1st collection fails, we'll try to collect it a 2nd time automatically. You don't have to do anything.

Did the 2nd attempt fail? Pay using iDEAL | Wero. It's the fastest and safest way. Here's how:

  • Received a link in your reminder? Use it to pay immediately.
  • Got a payment code? Pay your unpaid invoice by entering the code in our tool. Can't afford it right now? No problem. Use the tool to arrange to pay on a later date or in installments.
  • Settle your unpaid bills right away in MijnKPN. Unpaid invoices are marked with an 'X'. Unpaid invoices are marked with an 'X'. Manage your invoices in MijnKPN.

Can't use iDEAL | Wero? Use internet banking. This can take 5 working days to process. You'll need your customer number: the 'klantnummer' on your invoice. Make sure to note only your customer number in the description field of your transfer. And choose the correct IBAN:

  • Internet, TV, Alles-in-1: NL41 INGB 0000 4675 98, in the name of KPN B.V.
  • Thuisbellen: NL59 INGB 0001 1480 20, in the name of KPN B.V.
  • Mobile: NL83 INGB 0000 3244 12, in the name of KPN B.V.

We'd be sad to see you go. Make sure to check how this will affect your KPN Combivoordeel benefits first. Still sure you want to go? Contact our customer service. Only the account holder can end or change contracts. Also make sure to have your postal code, house number, and the final 4 digits of your IBAN on hand.

Manage account of a deceased loved one

Losing a loved one is never easy. We want to help you manage their subscription as quickly and easily as possible, so you can attend to other matters. Please call our Next of Kin Service Desk for assistance. They'll answer any questions you may have.

Ended your contract? You'll get a box to return the equipment. Depending on the services you used, you'll generally return your modem (Experia Box or KPN Box), KPN TV boxes and all cables and accessories that belong to those.

Here's how you return it, free of charge:

  1. Collect everything you have to send back
  2. Put it in the box, tape it shut and put the sticker on the outside
  3. Hand the box off at a PostNL point and they'll send it back to us

Want to use your own box? All good, as long as everything fits. Follow the same steps as above. Just write this address on the box:
