How to Become a Supplier
Interested in partnering with KPN? Follow these three steps to get started:
- Register your company on the KPN Supplier Portal, providing details such as your name, address, contact information, and purchasing categories.
- KPN will review your information. If we are interested, you will receive a questionnaire via the portal.
- If you meet KPN's criteria, you may be invited for an introduction. Before we begin our collaboration, a contract will be drawn up and signed, allowing us to place orders.

To achieve our strategic goals, we seek dedication from our suppliers. We expect them to actively contribute ideas and grow within KPN's 'Connect, Activate & Grow' strategy.
Criteria
As a KPN supplier, you are expected to agree to our General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Supplier Code of Conduct. In addition, you must meet requirements regarding sustainability, privacy, security, and continuity. You are required to implement security measures in accordance with internationally accepted standards and monitor compliance with these measures. Where necessary, we establish specific agreements in a Security Annex. If you process KPN data or customer data, you must agree to the KPN Data Processing Agreement. The Supplier Code of Conduct outlines, among other things, what we expect from you as a supplier regarding ethical business practices and sustainability.
