Our belief in technology is strong, but we believe even more in human contact. And we give extra attention to people for whom social contact cannot be taken for granted. So, for more than 15 years the KPN Mooiste Contact Fonds has been organizing events where people who feel isolated can be connected once again with the world around them. With KlasseContact we ensure that children suffering from long-term illnesses remain in touch with their class at school and can therefore be part of it.

With KlasseContact, we’re ensuring that chronically ill children can stay in touch with their class. With the help of a laptop at home or in the hospital and a smart ICT set in the class, sick children can still join in.

Promoting social contact and combating loneliness amongst the elderly are at the heart of the KPN Mooiste Contact Days. They are invited for a special day in, for example, the Rijksmuseum or the Concertgebouw.
