What was the customer's business challenge?

For Konica Minolta the remote monitoring of their copiers is key in lowering their logistical costs and delivering better services for their customers. By monitoring their copiers through a fixed line connection Konica Minolta has to go through all the internal IT procedures of their customers so they were looking for a wireless solution.

How did the customer and KPN solve this challenge?

Konica Minolta was looking for a partner who could help them in remote monitoring their copiers without the hassle of the approval process with the IT managers of their customers' companies. KPN offered them a fully managed solution with one SIM card, one contract, one bill and the possibility to activate, deactivate and suspend their SIM cards in real time.
