By connecting Pandigital’s wireless photo frames, KPN offered Pandigital the opportunity to offer their customers a low-end easy to use solution.
Pandigital developed a wireless photo frame to which customers can email their pictures, the Pandigital Photo Mail Digital Photo Frame. They were looking for a partner who could help them in building the flexible business model they needed to sell their frames including photos.
They also needed one partner in Europe to prevent them from building geographical solutions for the whole of Europe. Pandigital had their own service organization but were in need of a partner who could give them complete manageability and monitoring of their devices.
KPN offered Pandigital a solution that completely fits their needs. With the Control Center, KPN offers Pandigital the opportunity to monitor their devices and their data usage.
KPN also offered Pandigital a flexible pricing model so they can launch their business model of selling the photo frames in combination with the photo packages.
