The Annual Report 2012 is the official reporting document for Dutch statutory purposes. The Summary Annual Report 2012 is an abbreviated Dutch version of KPN’s Annual Report 2012 in English. In the event of material differences, differences of interpretation and/or conflicts, the Annual Report 2012 takes precedence.

The Sustainability Report is published in Dutch and English. In the event of material differences, differences of interpretation and/or conflicts, the Dutch version takes precedence.
