Sustainable growth

Over the next three years KPN plans to get back to growth. We want to be the best in class among telecommunications and ICT companies. That explains why we also want to be a front runner when it comes to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). To pursue this objective KPN formulated a new CSR policy in 2007. We have already taken the first steps towards implementing it. In the coming years we are going to invest a lot in our endeavour also to be best in class when it comes to Corporate Social Responsibility.
