Progress on EUR 1 bn share repurchase program KPN

Further to the share repurchase program announced on 22 October 2008, KPN announces that, from 23 February to 27 February 2009, it has repurchased 3,423,370 KPN ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 10.31. To date, approximately 31% of the repurchase program has been completed. The repurchase program that started on 19 November 2008 will run through 31 December 2009.
