Further to the share repurchase program announced on 22 October 2008, KPN announces that, from 19 January to 23 January 2009, it has repurchased 3,264,766 KPN ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 10.00. To date, approximately 19% of the repurchase program has been completed. The repurchase program that started on 19 November 2008 will run through 31 December 2009.
