Getronics sells Everest to Total Specific Solutions

KPN announces that Getronics has sold its subsidiary Everest to Total Specific Solutions. The consideration has been paid in cash at completion. The sale of Everest is in line with Getronics’ stated strategy of selling several of its non-core assets, as announced in February 2008.
Everest is a Dutch based IT solutions provider active in the realisation of flexible and cost efficient front-and mid-office processes. Everest provides its solutions to high profile clients in the assurance and mortgage markets. In 2007 Everest generated revenues of approximately € 14 million. The company has over 160 employees. Getronics indirectly owned 65% of the shares.
