Notifications to the Dutch Authority Financial Markets
Under Dutch law, KPN as well as the members of the Supervisory Board and the Board of Management (and certain other insiders) must notify the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) of certain transactions in KPN securities concluded by them or on behalf of them. German law has a similar obligation. The table below provides an overview of recent transactions by members of our Board of Management and Supervisory Board.
