Corporate Governance

Corporate Governance deals with the distribution of influence and power between the Board of Management, the Supervisory Board and the General Meeting of Shareholders. Application of sound corporate governance principles and a balance in power and influence between these bodies is important for KPN. It should however not be an end in itself. The true aim is to achieve and maintain a culture of honesty and integrity.
