Launch of supply chain-wide RFID project
Schuitema n.v., W. Heemskerk B.V., the Central Bureau for Food (CBL), Koninklijke KPN N.V., Wageningen University and Research Centre (WUR) and Capgemini Nederland B.V. have launched a project called ‘Vers Schakel’ to gain experience in using RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology in the logistical process for fresh vegetables.
