Digital participation
The importance of access to and use of internet and telephone services is increasing rapidly. Not in the least, to enable people to function successfully, both socially and in the community. We are well aware of this. ICT benefits many people, yet those who have no access to internet are at a disadvantage and can therefore fall behind even further. As one of the major providers of ICT services in North-West Europe we feel responsible for facilitating access to and use of ICT for everyone. To this end, our network offers good geographical coverage, we provide internet and telecom services to suit every budget, we remove physical barriers for the blind and visually impaired and we help those groups that quite often lack social contact. Enabling people to connect and make contact is our core competency and the guiding principle in everything we do.
