The New Way of Living and Working will continue to be one of our social themes in the years ahead. In recent years we emphasized on developing our portfolio and applying it within our own organization, but in the future our emphasis will shift to promoting the New Way of Living and Working among our customers. We want to inculcate among our managers a positive approach to The New Way of Living and Working, and encourage them to manage more specifically on results and less on employee presence.
KPN already has 11,500 “New Workers” in the Netherlands, more than half of the total workforce.
We can make The New Way of Living and Working possible for other organizations via teleconferencing, videoconferencing and cloud computing.
As a member of the board of ECP-EPN, the Platform for the Information Society, we promote The New Way of Living and Working.
In the KPN Experience Center in Zoetermeer we demonstrate to our business customers what we can do for them in terms of The New Way of Living and Working.
