KPN wants to become the best service provider by offering the best network and the best service. We have the largest network in the Netherlands, and that entails responsibility.

Obtaining services via the Internet is becoming ever more crucial for citizens, government, consumers and companies. A good ICT infrastructure stimulates the economy. Additional broadband connections create more job opportunities and innovation. We want to contribute to this by offering the best network in the Netherlands.

That is why we invest more than EUR 1 billion each year in the ICT infrastructure in the Netherlands. We want the quality of our network to qualify us as the partner of choice for organizations and industries in which reliability, security and privacy are of critical importance. Those organizations include financial institutions, healthcare organizations, the police and government. By offering safe and reliable ICT services, we wish to ensure that these organizations and industries are in a position to fulfill their vital role in society.
