Further to the share repurchase program announced on 26 January 2011, KPN announces that, from 14 to 18 March 2011, it has repurchased 5,115,583 KPN ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 11.61. To date, approximately 13% of the repurchase program has been completed. The repurchase program that started on 21 February 2011 is expected to be finalised by the end of 2011.
