Further to the share repurchase program announced on 26 January 2010, KPN announces that, from 15 to 19 November 2010, it has repurchased 4.945.700 KPN ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 11.69. To date, approximately 87% of the repurchase program has been completed. The repurchase program that started on 4 February 2010 is expected to be finalised by the end of 2010.
