Further to the share repurchase program announced on 26 January 2010, KPN announces that, from 7 June to 11 June 2010, it has repurchased 2,000,000 KPN ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 10.49. To date, approximately 52% of the repurchase program has been completed. The repurchase program that started on 4 February 2010 is expected to be finalised by the end of 2010.
