Further to the share repurchase program announced on 26 January 2010, KPN announces that, from 19 April to 23 April 2010, it has repurchased 5,073,197 KPN ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 11.31. To date, approximately 23% of the repurchase program has been completed. The repurchase program that started on 4 February 2010 is expected to be finalised by the end of 2010.
