Further to the share repurchase program announced on 26 January 2010, KPN announces that, from 8 February to 12 February 2010, it has repurchased 198,471 KPN ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 11.46. To date, approximately 2% of the repurchase program has been completed. The repurchase program that started on 4 February 2010 is expected to be finalised by the end of 2010.
