Further to the share repurchase program announced on 22 October 2008, KPN announces that, from 9 November to 13 November 2009, it has repurchased 1,493,698 KPN ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 12.21. To date, approximately 95% of the repurchase program has been completed. The repurchase program that started on 19 November 2008 will run through 31 December 2009.
