Further to the share repurchase program announced on 26 January 2011, KPN announces that, from 12 September to 16 September 2011, it has repurchased 5,665,000 KPN ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 9.61. To date, approximately 98% of the repurchase program has been completed. The repurchase program that started on 21 February 2011 is expected to be finalised around 1 October 2011.
