Further to the share repurchase program announced on 26 January 2011, KPN announces that, from 29 August to 2 September 2011, it has repurchased 3,663,862 KPN ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 9.81. To date, approximately 90% of the repurchase program has been completed. The repurchase program that started on 21 February 2011 is expected to be finalised around 1 October 2011.
