Further to the share repurchase program announced on 26 January 2011, KPN announces that, from 8 August to 12 August 2011, it has repurchased 5,400,000 KPN ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 9.43. To date, approximately 77% of the repurchase program has been completed. The repurchase program that started on 21 February 2011 is expected to be finalised around 1 October 2011.
