Further to the share repurchase program announced on 26 January 2011, KPN announces that, from 27 June to 1 July 2011, it has repurchased 1,000,000 KPN ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 9.89. To date, approximately 67% of the repurchase program has been completed. The repurchase program that started on 21 February 2011 is expected to be finalised around 1 October 2011.
