Further to the share repurchase program announced on 26 January 2011, KPN announces that, from 2 to 6 May 2011, it has repurchased 3,580,608 KPN ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 10.71. To date, approximately 32% of the repurchase program has been completed. The repurchase program that started on 21 February 2011 is expected to be finalised by the end of 2011.
