KPN nominates new member for the Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board of KPN nominates Mr. Peter A.M. van Bommel (1957) for appointment as member of the Supervisory Board. The nomination will be put on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 12th, 2012. With the appointment of Mr. van Bommel, the Supervisory Board will be reinforced with an experienced financial expert.
Mr. van Bommel is currently Chief Financial Officer at ASMI. Before that appointment he was Executive Vice President and CFO at the Board of Management at NXP and he held various CFO positions at Philips.
