KPN co-operating with Dutch NMa (competition authority) investigation

KPN can confirm that the Dutch competition authority NMa has raided KPN’s headquarters in the Hague at 8:30 this morning .
The NMa is investigating:
1) “Concerted practice with regard to mobile telecommunications offerings on the Dutch consumer market”
2) “Division of independent sales channels”
Five KPN employees are being heard as part of the investigation.
KPN is providing full co-operation to the NMa’s investigation.
All KPN managers and employees are bound to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. KPN runs extensive internal compliance programmes to train managers and employees on competition law. KPN also operates its own whistle-blower procedure.
KPN’s Compliance Officer has received no internal notifications about these two matters.
