Completion of EUR 1 bn share repurchase program KPN

Further to the share repurchase program announced on 22 October 2008, KPN announces that, from 7 December to 11 December 2009, it has repurchased 407,536 KPN ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 11.97. This completes the EUR 1 bn share repurchase program. The repurchase program that started on 19 November 2008 has been completed on 11 December 2009.
During the program, a total of 96.2 million KPN shares have been repurchased at an average price of EUR 10.39.
