Further to the share repurchase program announced on 26 January 2011, KPN announces that, from 19 September to 23 September 2011, it has repurchased 2,426,606 KPN ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 9.36. This completes the EUR 1.0 billion share repurchase program. The repurchase program that started on 21 February 2011 has been completed on 23 September 2011. During the program, a total of 96.7 million shares KPN have been repurchased at an average price of EUR 10.34.
