On 24 April 2012, KPN will be publishing its Q1 2012 results in an adjusted reporting format following the implementation of the new management executive structure, effective from 1 January 2012. The new structure has been implemented to enable a more direct control of the operational activities and ensure closer alignment with market dynamics. KPN’s Group Executive Committee will direct the operational activities under the supervision and responsibility of the Board of Management.

The main changes in the reporting format are the following:
• Consumer segment split in Consumer Residential and Consumer Mobile
• Wholesale & Operations and ITNL merged into one entity; NetCo (Network Company)
• Telfort activities (previously included in Consumer) allocated to Consumer Residential, Consumer Mobile, Business and NetCo
