Following the publication of the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices, KPN can call itself one of the most sustainable telecom companies in Europe for the second year in a row.

Eric Hageman (40) was appointed today as the new CEO of KPN Group Belgium. Mr Hageman succeeds Libor Voncina, who has left the company to pursue new opportunities.

Libor Voncina, Chief Executive Officer of KPN Group Belgium, has informed the company of his decision to resign from his post in order to pursue new opportunities. Mr Voncina will leave KPN on the 15th of June.

Erik van der Meijden, CEO of KPN subsidiary Getronics, has decided to leave the company. He leaves on agreeable terms by May 1st, 2011.

As of 1 January 2011, there will be several personnel changes within the management of Getronics and the Business Market division at KPN.

KPN and Telefonica have signed a partnership agreement for multinational customers. This is yet a further step in an ongoing long term relationship that will enhance both companies ability to deliver global services within each other markets to their respective multinational customers (MNC), with a focus on managed mobility solutions.

Banks and mobile operators join forces

KPN and Pandigital, the US leader in photo frames, have together announced that Pandigital will use the KPN M2M Corporate service, powered by Jasper Wireless, to provide wireless connectivity in the Pandigital Photo Mail Frame in Europe. The agreement includes a several year partnership for the European markets.

KPN today announced the appointment of Vivienne van Asten (33) to the position of Head of Investor Relations at KPN. She will report directly to Mr Ad Scheepbouwer, CEO of KPN. Vivienne van Asten joined KPN in January 2008 and she is succeeding Mr Eric Hageman.
