New appointments at KPN and Getronics

As of 1 January 2011, there will be several personnel changes within the management of Getronics and the Business Market division at KPN.

Ron de Mos, the current Managing Director Business Market at KPN, has been appointed member of the Board of Management of Getronics and in this capacity will be responsible for the integration of the Client Services and Generic Sales departments. As such, he succeeds Jos Schoemaker who will be moving to another position within the KPN Group on 1 January.

The aim of the integration of Client Services and Generic Sales within Getronics is to sharpen the focus on the customer and simplify the organisation as a whole.

John van Vianen has been appointed Managing Director Business Market at KPN. John will report directly to the Board of Management of KPN. John was recently CEO of iBasis.

Willem Offerhaus, the current Vice President Sales at Getronics, succeeds John van Vianen as CEO of iBasis.
