KPN appoints Daniël Braat as new Head of M&A

KPN today announced the appointment of Daniël Braat (35) to the position of Head of M&A at KPN. He will report to Carla Smits-Nusteling, CFO of KPN. Daniël is succeeding Eric Hageman, who will focus on his positions as CFO Mobile International and CEO Mobile International RoW.
Daniël Braat joined KPN in June 2006. Since July 2008 he has been responsible for the day-to-day management of the M&A department. Prior to joining KPN, Daniël worked in strategy consulting at Accenture (2004-2006) and in corporate finance advisory at Van Den Boom Groep Corporate Finance and NIBC (1998-2004). Daniël holds a Masters degree in Business Economics from Tilburg University.
