Under Dutch law, KPN as well as the members of the Supervisory Board and the Board of Management (and certain other insiders) must notify the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) of certain transactions in KPN securities concluded by them or on behalf of them. German law has a similar obligation.
A full overview of notifications to the AFM is available on its website: www.afm.nl(under "Public database" "insider transactions 47a WTE" or "WMZ 2a - managing directors and supervisory directors")
KPN employees that have access to inside information through the exercise of their employment, profession or duties, including members of the Board of Management or Supervisory Board, are subject to the 'Subcode Inside Information'. This Subcode, that is connected to the Company Code, contains rules for possession of and transactions in KPN securities by such employees.
