Progress on EUR 1 bn share repurchase program KPN

Further to the share repurchase program announced on 22 October 2008, KPN announces that, from 13 July to 17 July 2009, it has repurchased 963,707 KPN ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 9.74. To date, approximately 65% of the repurchase program has been completed. The repurchase program that started on 19 November 2008 will run through 31 December 2009.
