Progress on EUR 1 bn share repurchase program KPN

Further to the share repurchase program announced on 22 October 2008, KPN announces that, from 5 October to 9 October 2009, it has repurchased 2,140,528 KPN ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 11.68. To date, approximately 87% of the repurchase program has been completed. The repurchase program that started on 19 November 2008 will run through 31 December 2009.
