Further to the share repurchase program announced on 22 October 2008, KPN announces that, from 20 April to 24 April 2009, it has repurchased 2,554,468 KPN ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 9.48. To date, approximately 48% of the repurchase program has been completed. The repurchase program that started on 19 November 2008 will run through 31 December 2009.
