Progress on EUR 1 bn share repurchase program KPN

Further to the share repurchase program announced on 22 October 2008, KPN announces that, from 23 March to 27 March 2009, it has repurchased 1,566,540 KPN ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 9.95. To date, approximately 42% of the repurchase program has been completed. The repurchase program that started on 19 November 2008 will run through 31 December 2009.
