Further to the share repurchase program announced on 22 October 2008, KPN announces that, from 27 April to 30 April 2009, it has not repurchased any KPN ordinary shares. To date, approximately 48% of the repurchase program has been completed. The repurchase program that started on 19 November 2008 will run through 31 December 2009.
