Pay-out dividend on ordinary shares
On 21 April 2006 the final dividend on KPN shares will be payable. The proposed final dividend for 2005 is EUR 0.32 per share. The proposed dividend will be submitted for approval at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (April 11, 2006).
