KPN to merge International Wholesale Business into iBasis
On 21 June at 16.00 CET KPN and iBasis hold a joint investor/analyst call to provide further detail on the definitive agreement to merge KPN’s international voice wholesale business into iBasis. The presentation will be hosted by Marcel Smits, CFO and Eelco Blok, Board member responsible for the Fixed Division of KPN and Ofer Gneezy, President and CEO of iBasis.
With this presentation KPN and iBasis intends to set out its rationale of the transaction, the financial details of the transaction and the governance following completion. The joint investor/analyst presentation will be broadcasted live on the Internet, starting at 16.00 CET.
