KPN supplies international data network to Groeneveld Transport Efficiency

Groeneveld Transport Efficiency B.V. will soon be offering its online products and services using a network provided by KPN International Network Services. The new MPLS VPN network will connect Groeneveld’s 18 European, US and Canadian offices, allowing them to offer their customers worldwide the best possible service. The company’s online services relate to desktop management and planning. For safe storage of all international company data, Groeneveld will be using the KPN’s secure CyberCenters in Europe and North America. KPN and Groeneveld have signed a five-year contract.
Groeneveld’s international network, comprising all its offices worldwide, will be managed from the Netherlands by KPN. This makes it easy to connect new Groeneveld customers anywhere in the world. Since an internet connection is critical to Groeneveld’s service activities, the solution provided by KPN makes use of KPN’s Security Portfolio and applies its Managed Firewall Services.
